Mobile service where you are parked
Being stuck on a side street in the North End or a garage in the Seaport is stressful enough. Our technicians drive to you with the tools needed to open most vehicles without damage and to cut many keys on site.
What to have ready
Have your vehicle's make, model and year, and be ready to show ID and proof of ownership such as the registration. We never open or make keys for a vehicle without confirming who it belongs to.
Dealer or locksmith?
Some newer vehicles need dealer-only parts or software. If yours is one of them we'll tell you on the phone rather than send someone who can't finish the job.
How a visit works
Call or send the form
Tell us what's locked, where you are and your vehicle or lock type if you know it.
Get a quote
We give you a price before any work begins, including any after-hours charges.
Technician arrives
A technician comes to you in a stocked mobile van and checks ID or proof of ownership.
Job done and tested
The lock or key is tested in front of you, and you pay by card or another accepted method.
What affects the price
Every job is priced on the lock or vehicle involved, the work needed, parts and the time of day. You'll get a quote before work begins, and you can see more on our price list page.
Automotive locksmith FAQs
Can you make a car key if I've lost all my keys?
For many vehicles, yes. A new key can be cut and, where needed, programmed on site. Call with the make, model and year so we can confirm before we come out.
Will unlocking my car damage it?
Technicians use vehicle entry tools designed to open doors without harming the paint, glass or weather-stripping.
Do you program transponder keys and fobs?
Yes, for many makes and models. Some vehicles require dealer equipment, and we'll let you know if yours does.
